About the vStore
The vStore is an online facility solely for Vision users to order their hardware, consumables and accessories with peace of mind that they are fully compatible with Vision. You can be confident that we will do everything we can to answer questions, sort out problems and make sure your goods get delivered on time.

How do I create an account?
If you are an INPS customer and INPS have your email address, your account will already be set-up at the vStore. You should have received an email from ‘INPS vStore [vstore@inps.co.uk]’ with your log in details. Simply visit inps.store.co.uk and click on the ‘User login’ tab to log in to your account. If you did not receive an email from 'INPS vStore' with your log in details, go to the 'User login' tab and click on 'Create new account'.
How do I order at the vStore?
Simply browse the online shop. Click on the item you would like to purchase, let us know how many you require in the quantity box, and click ‘add to basket’. You will then be notified that the item(s) has been added to the basket. You can then click on ‘your basket’ to review your order and proceed to checkout.
There is no need for credit cards, as when you click on ‘confirm my order’ your account will be invoiced once your goods are shipped.
Can I call you?
Yes, our Sales Department is available on 020 7501 7440 and our opening hours are 9am – 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Delivery charges
The vStore will despatch your items within one working day of the order (subject to availability). If we know there’ll be a delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. All delivery times are based on standard working days, i.e. Monday to Friday. There is a single £10 (+ VAT) delivery charge for all consumables, but hardware is delivered free of charge.

Can I change my order?
If you would like to change your order at the vStore please email sales@inps.co.uk with your Vision user number and the order number, and include details of what you would like changed. We will reply to your email, either to confirm that we have changed your order or to let you know if it has not been possible to change your order. If your goods have already been despatched you will need to return the goods to change your order. Please take a look at returns.
Can I cancel my order?
It is your right to cancel the order for any goods purchased through the vStore for a full refund. If you cancel your order you must do so by emailing sales@inps.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item(s). The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returns
Do I have to pay for return postage?
If you are returning goods you ordered from the vStore then the cost of returning them is your responsibility. All goods must be unopened, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition for credit to be issued. If you need any advice on returning the goods please email sales@inps.co.uk and we’ll be more than happy to help.
Will I be refunded the cost of delivery when I return the goods?
Unless the goods were damaged or faulty on receipt, delivery charges for returns are non-refundable.

I bought a product a while back and it’s now on special offer, can I have a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot refund you, or advise you in advance that the product will be on special offer.
Questions about orders
The vStore is a facility that is unique for Vision customers. You can order goods from the vStore and when your items are shipped your account will be invoiced – there is no need to use credit or debit cards.
Can I order goods from INPS in a different way?
The quickest and most efficient way to order is online at the vStore. However, if you call the sales team on 020 7501 7440 they can take your order over the phone.
When will I be charged?
When your items have been shipped we will then invoice your account – this will need paying within 30 days.

How can I track my order?
If you click on my account, you’ll be able to track your order as well as view your purchase history.
What happens if I have not received my order?
A courier will deliver the package, so it will not arrive with your normal post. If delivery has been attempted and you have received a card, please contact the courier directly to re-arrange delivery or to pick up the parcel from their depot.
Technical issues
I have not received my username and password
You should have received an email from ‘INPS vStore [vstore@inps.co.uk]’ with your username and password. If you are an INPS customer your account will already be set-up. If you did not receive an email from 'INPS vStore' with your log in details, go to the 'User login' tab and click on 'Create new account'.
My username/password is not recognised
Did you use your Vision user number as your username? Your username is your Vision user number. You need to use the exact username and password combination. If you forgot your password, please click on ‘request new password’ in the ‘User login’ tab, you’ll be emailed with a unique link to change your password. If you are still having problems please e-mail sales@inps.co.uk
I'm having trouble with my basket
